Annual General Meeting 2010
The postponed AGM of Snowdonia DA took
place on Saturday 15th May 2010. There were 23 voting members present. A
full committee was formed, including two new members but unfortunately
without Phil Jones who has been our chairman for several years. We would
like to thank Phil for all he has done over the years. We will not be
losing Phil completely as he and Cheryl will be stewarding three of our
THSs this year.
Please give the committee members your support as they settle in to their
new jobs and try to attend the AGM in 2011.
The AGM is a legal requirement - if we are not able to hold one the D.A. cannot continue to exist and will be forced to close down.
