Annual General Meeting 2008
The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Snowdonia D.A. was held on 8th March 2008 at 2:00pm in Brithdir Village Hall, Brithdir near Dolgellau LL40 2RH. There were 16 Snowdonia DA members present - the minimum number required to hold an AGM is 15.
A full committee for 2008/9 was appointed and a lively question and answer session followed the formal business of the meeting with an American Supper to round off the day.
Will ALL Snowdonia DA members please check in 'Out & About' or on the website for the date of next year's AGM and make an effort to attend. Even if you are not able to camp for the weekend please try to come to the meeting. The AGM is a legal requirement and the committee would rather not have the worry again next year of wondering, with minutes to go before the meeting was due to start, whether the extra members would turn up to make the needed 15.
